I have worked very closely with Alex at Outward Bound Australia as a board member. He has demonstrated immense courage and resilience as CEO to navigate through immense challenges including devastating bushfires and COVID-19. He has great integrity, ingenuity, focus, and care... He invests his full person in his work and quickly earned and kept the trust of his board.

I have known and worked with Alex since his time as fundraising manager at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT and more recently at Sir David Martin Foundation. Alex is a rare gem in the NFP sector who is deeply committed to his work and passionate about the causes he supports. In particular, he brings a keen sense of commerciality and discipline.
